Using BCMA in critical care--documenting titratable drips

How are nurses using BCMA to document multiple adjustments to rates for titratable drips? We are a non-EMR site, using BCMA to document to a vendor created MAR which is part of the system. Our busy intensive care units are struggling with how to easily use safety features, but feel limited with frequent changes of multiple drips and how to best do this, with data displayed that is readily available to all clinicians. Does anyone do a combo of scan/ hang drips in BCMA and do titrations with other metrics on flow sheets. Thanks for any ideas.
