Scanning Compliance Expectations for Bedside Clinical Staff

We have recently implemented bedside medication barcode scanning. We would like to know:
1. What is the scanning compliance expection of your staff and how the number was determined?
2. Has the expectation increased each year after implementation?
3. Is the scanning compliance a component of the bedside clinician's evaluation.
4. Is the expectation the same for all staff scanning (respiratory therapist and nurses).
5. Is the number different for certain clinical areas such as L&D, Dialysis and PACU due to the nature of their environment?
