identifying medication with patient's name - automated medication dispensing

Has anyone ever hear about an automated dispensing machine that would hand out the drug in a bag and print the patient's name, record, drug, dosage, Rx, doctor, etc.? That would be a great step forward in reducing errors if used in combination with barcode bands. Don't you think?
