BPOC in Procedural Areas

We implemented BPOC in April 2009, and we are struggling to get our procedural areas, like pre-op, PACU, endoscopy, etc, on board. Has anyone successfully implemented BPOC in their procedural areas? How did you do it? We are using Cerner CareMobile.
